At the end of 2010, we took over all product and trademark rights belonging to the packaging machine specialist RSE Rissen Service + Engineering GmbH. Each with approx. 1400 installed machine respectively, this was a fusion with strong synergy effects that was closely followed worldwide, and from which our customers in particular profit greatly.
Fusion into one company:

  • Makes it easier to finance new developments and successfully introduce these products into the market
  • Allows us to offer an even more extensive product range and provide our international customers with increased local and on-site service.
